Shrub & Hedge Trimming in Mechanicsburg and Cumberland County
Overgrown shrubs hide windows, crowd walkways, and make a well-kept house look neglected. A good trim brings back the shape and keeps the plant healthy.
We trim boxwoods, hedges, foundation shrubs, and topiaries for homes and businesses across Cumberland County, and clean up every clipping before we leave.

Good to Know
When to trim
Most hedges and evergreen shrubs do well with a trim in late spring or early summer and a lighter touch-up in late summer. Spring-flowering shrubs are best trimmed right after they bloom, so next year's flowers aren't cut off.
Heavy pruning in late fall can leave new growth exposed to winter, so we keep fall work light. A trim pairs well with fresh mulch and clean bed edges.

Questions
Common Questions.
Something else? Call or text (717) 908-2730.
Do you take the clippings away?
Yes. We rake clippings out of the beds, blow off the walks, and haul the trimmings away.
Can you bring back a badly overgrown shrub?
Often, yes, though it can take more than one season to bring it back to shape without harming it. We'll tell you what to expect. For a whole yard that's gotten away from you, start with a cleanup.
How often should hedges be trimmed?
Once or twice a year keeps most hedges tidy. Fast growers may need more.
