Spring or fall?

Spring cleanups, usually March and April, clear out winter debris and get beds and lawn ready for mulch and the first mow. Fall cleanups, October through December, get leaves off the lawn before they smother the grass over winter, and early fall is also the time to overseed thin spots.

Overgrown yards and neglected lots can be cleaned up any time of year.

Can you clean up a yard that's been let go for a long time?

Yes. Overgrown yards and lots are a big part of what we do. For heavy brush, see brush removal and land clearing.

Should I mulch after a spring cleanup?

It's the ideal time. Beds are clean and edged, so fresh mulch goes right down.
