How is commercial work priced?

We quote after a property assessment. The price depends on the areas to maintain, access, condition, frequency, materials and debris removal. The proposal sets out the work and price for your property.

Can I ask about more than one property?

Yes. Add the number of locations and use one main property address on the form. List the other addresses and services in the description so we can discuss the properties together and check route fit.

Do you take one-time jobs as well as recurring work?

Yes. You can request a one-time cleanup, mulch or landscape project, or discuss ongoing mowing and property upkeep. Availability and the schedule are confirmed with the proposal.

Where do you work?

We are based in Mechanicsburg and serve Cumberland County and the Harrisburg area, including Camp Hill, Carlisle, Enola and surrounding communities. We review each property's location and the requested service before confirming availability.
